HOW TO ORDER:

We will send you an email confirmation. Full payment shall be made prior to the delivery. Email notification will be sent to you once we received your payment and when delivery has been processed.

Kindly note that we cannot guarantee that the item's colors you see on your monitor are identical to the item's color.

Items sold are used unless stated.
Each items being described are as per current condition.


CANCELLATION:
Once you've placed an order with us, the reservation will be kept for 2 days. Should no payment be made by then, the reservation will be cancelled. Once full payment has been made, we regret that no changes will be entertained. Therefore you are recommended to make changes before you make payment.


SHIPPING and HANDLING:
POS EXPRESS will be used for single item unless customer requested for POS LAJU. The shipping cost for POS EXPRESS will be included. Should customer request for POS LAJU, additional payment is needed depending on the weight and location of delivery.
Delivery may take appx. 2-5 working days.

Shipping will be arranged on every Tuesday and Saturday, except Public Holidays.

It's very important to provide us with the correct delivery address, inc. your contact number. An email will be sent to you once delivery has been processed.
The risk of loss and title are passed to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
We will not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping.


REFUND/ RETURN:
We regret to inform you that there's NO refund/ return can be done.

However, we may disclose the information to respond to legal requirements, enforce our policies, respond to claims that a listing or other content violates the rights of others, or protect anyone's rights, property, or safety.
